Looking for ways to grow as a leader and establish more work-life balance? This is your opportunity to learn the three things professional women must do to establish themselves as healthy leaders. During this interactive event, Emerald Quest Coaching founder, Lisa Carpenter, and her colleague, Angela DePaoli, will work with attendees to distinguish:

  1. A method for consistently creating balance/harmony;
  2. Six key areas in which to create well-being; and
  3. How to gain control of the overwhelm that crops up as a result of too many demands, or too little time.

The focus of the session will be on addressing areas where leaders can incorporate more self-care to manage the responsibilities of leadership, and reduce levels of effort while increasing a sense of satisfaction and contribution.

Speakers:

Lisa Carpenter is a trained coach, mediator, and facilitator with experience managing and supporting transportation, water, wastewater, and energy infrastructure projects. Using a combination of facilitative and ontological coaching tools, and assessments she places an emphasis on personal responsibility and accountability and believes in a direct and compassionate approach in working with clients. With a focus on job and career transition, Lisa is especially adept in helping clients prepare for new responsibilities, or identifying their next best move – whether in line with their current career path, or an entirely new one.

Angela DePaoli, PMP, CPT, is an executive and personal development coach whose goal is to empower people to create possibility, enjoyment, and alignment in all areas of their lives. Angela partners with individuals to create and fulfill career and personal goals beyond what they currently believe are attainable. She is committed to assisting clients reach their goals as they relate to time management, work/life balance, physical health, personal and work relationships, and career performance. Angela believes health and well-being are an integral part of finding balance in life and enjoys working with clients that want to make changes to their physical fitness.
