    Association of Women in Water, Energy, and Environment, Inc.
    2024 Annual Sponsorship Terms

    1.      AWWEE is a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“Code”).  Federal Tax Identification Number: 71-1036805
    2.      To support AWWEE’s charitable activities, Sponsor will make a sponsorship payment to AWWEE according to the sponsorship level selected.  (Champion: $3,500 / Community Supporter: $2,500 / Networker: $1,500)
    3.      Sponsor may identify itself as an annual AWWEE sponsor from the date payment is received by AWWEE through December 31, 2024.  Sponsor will be recognized by AWWEE during the same period.
    4.      Recognition of Sponsor will not include any qualitative or comparative language, references to price, savings, or value information regarding any of Sponsor's products or services.
    5.      AWWEE will not endorse or promote Sponsor or its products or services, nor will any such endorsement or promotion be implied based on AWWEE's acceptance of Sponsor's payment or identification of Sponsor. 
    6.      Sponsor agrees not to use AWWEE’s name or logo in a manner that suggests or implies endorsement of political views or religious beliefs, including, without limitation, in connection with any campaign activity for or against a political candidate or in connection with any lobbying activity.
    7.      Sponsor acknowledges that AWWEE may enter into sponsorship or other similar arrangements with other companies or individuals.
    8.      AWWEE grants to Sponsor a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use, copy, and display the logo files as provided in the Sponsorship Confirmation email.
    9.      Sponsor grants to AWWEE a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use, copy, and display Sponsor’s logo for the limited purposes of recognizing the sponsorship.
    10.   Nothing in this agreement creates in Sponsor any ownership or other rights in any AWWEE property or AWWEE-related property created in connection with the Sponsorship including, without limitation, intangible property such as trademarks, event attendee lists, or mailing lists.
    11.   Either Sponsor or AWWEE may on its own terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of that decision to the other. Such a termination will be effective immediately upon delivery of the notice by the terminating party.
    12.   Sponsor will not be entitled to receive any refund of any payments made to AWWEE prior to termination.
    13.   This Agreement expresses the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between Sponsor and AWWEE, and supersedes all prior agreements.
