Member rate: $950

Regular Registration Rates Beginning August 8, 2026
Standard member rate: $1,150

Non-profit/government member rate: $1,050

Non-member rate: $1,350

Non-profit/government non-member rate: $1,250

Cancellations

Cancellations requested on or before October 1, 2026, are eligible for a refund, less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 1, 2026.

REGISTRATION TROUBLESHOOTING

Cannot access the member rate/Member rate is greyed-out.

You must be an existing member in our database to access the member registration rates.  Click the REGISTER button and enter the email associated with your existing AWWEE membership to enable access to the member rates.

If you are an employee of an organization that has an unlimited AWWEE membership, please email us at info@awwee.org to create your profile before you register.  Your company-issued email address will be required to create your profile.

The registration process is not advancing to the next page.

Please register using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers on a laptop or desktop computer.  Issues occur most often with the Safari browser and with mobile devices.

Need an invoice to process payment.

Complete the registration process and choose the Invoice Me option when you reach the payment page.  An invoice will be emailed to you.  Payment must be received by September 30, 2026.  If a waitlist has formed, the spot will be released to another interested attendee on October 1, 2026.

NOTICE OF FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

• AWWEE events may be filmed, photographed, and recorded (audio and video).
• AWWEE reserves the right to use any photograph or recording taken at any event sponsored by AWWEE, without the expressed written permission of those included in the photograph or recording.  
• AWWEE may use the photograph or recording in publication or other media material produced, used or contracted by AWWEE including but not limited to brochures, invitations, website, newsletters, magazines, social media, etc. 
• You release AWWEE, its officers and employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs or recordings. 
• By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use or publication of photographs or recordings irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. 
• You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph or recording taken by AWWEE or the person or entity designated to do so by AWWEE. 
• You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
